There's a lot of buzz about Collective Impact. What is it and who is using it? FSG, a leading organization in the field, created this definition:
"Collective impact occurs when organizations from different sectors agree to solve a specific social problem using a common agenda, aligning their efforts, and using common measures of success." In addition to defining key elements of Collective Impact, HRiA's Steve Ridini will discuss the application of a Collective Impact approach -- and how it led to success in public health-related issues in MA and other areas.
